Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for cashiering and food handling Culinary experience or food preparation knowledge is desirable to better assist guests and support kitchen staff Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous; experience in the food industry is highly valued Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences where your energy makes a difference!
