Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and other restaurant technology tools Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy shifts Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash safely Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for supporting food prep or sanitation tasks Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Join us to deliver memorable dining moments with enthusiasm!
