Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster positive guest relations Support host/host duties when needed, including seating arrangements and guest accommodations Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially fine dining Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling bills, cash transactions, and check splitting Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales opportunities Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed Join our team to deliver outstanding service in a lively atmosphere where your hospitality skills can shine.
