Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented team member to join our restaurant as an AM/PM Server. In this role, you will help create a welcoming dining experience for guests by providing prompt, accurate, and professional service throughout breakfast, lunch, dinner, and closing operations as scheduled. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, timely table service Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system Deliver food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction Check in with guests throughout their dining experience and respond to requests promptly Coordinate with kitchen and support staff to maintain smooth service flow Set up, maintain, and break down service areas according to shift needs Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions responsibly Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning tasks Support the team in delivering a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented environment Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate order handling Professional appearance and a positive, guest-focused attitude Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items typical of restaurant service work What Success Looks Like Guests feel welcomed, cared for, and satisfied with their dining experience Orders are handled accurately and served in a timely manner The dining room and service areas remain organized and well-maintained You contribute to a respectful, efficient, and collaborative team environment Why Join Our Team Opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality setting Supportive team environment focused on great guest experiences Chance to build valuable customer service and restaurant skills Flexible scheduling opportunities based on business needs If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we encourage you to apply.
