Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting sanitation protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience Assist with food handling, beverage service, and basic math calculations for accurate check processing Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming environment Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Basic math skills for processing bills and managing sales transactions Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience in serving in high-energy environments like nightclubs or fast-paced restaurants is advantageous Valid food handling certification (if applicable) and willingness to learn about our menu offerings Join us as a Server and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
