Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to maximize sales opportunities Process cash and credit transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and manage guest checks with precision Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and cleanliness practices Support bar service by preparing beverages including cocktails and spirits with expertise in beverage service and drink presentation Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest relations Ability to multitask effectively using time management skills during busy service hours Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash accurately Food safety certification or understanding of sanitation standards in the food industry Previous experience in food preparation, bussing, host/hostess duties or cashiering is advantageous Join us to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel valued.
