Overview Join our vibrant nightlife team as a Nightlife Waitress, where you'll be the heartbeat of our evening entertainment experience! As a Nightlife Waitress, you'll combine your passion for food, beverage, and guest relations to ensure every guest feels welcomed, attended to, and excited to return night after night. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help set the tone for an unforgettable night out! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry. Upsell menu items and drinks to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly and professionally. Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with food handling and sanitation duties to maintain a clean environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery in a fine dining or nightclub setting. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; OpenTable experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations with professionalism. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy nights efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately. Experience in upselling beverages or menu items to maximize sales potential.
