Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing transactions efficiently Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality, including cocktail and spirits service Upsell menu items, wine pairings, and specialty beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety protocols Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing cash transactions and balancing receipts at shift end Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast and OpenTable for reservations and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a high-volume setting Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales reports Culinary experience or food industry background is a plus; familiarity with food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards is essential Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
