Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of delicious food and beverages with enthusiasm and professionalism Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive service that enhances their event experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck or event space, adhering to food safety standards Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure quality and efficiency Handle guest inquiries, take orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently Support catering and banquet setups, including bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly Follow all food handling procedures and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality settings is highly desirable Culinary experience or background in food service enhances your ability to excel in this role Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence Experience with banquet service, catering, or event staffing is a plus Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Restaurant experience or hotel service background provides valuable insight into guest expectations Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including evenings and weekends Familiarity with coffee service or barista skills can be an added advantage Join us to bring energy, passion, and exceptional service to every event!
