Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records Recommend menu items, suggest wine pairings, and upsell specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Clear tables, bussing dishes efficiently to maintain a clean dining area Assist with food preparation or kitchen support during busy periods when needed Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, including spirits and wine options, to answer guest questions confidently Uphold sanitation standards by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for sales transactions processing Strong culinary knowledge combined with beverage expertise including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink service Proven ability in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations within a restaurant or food industry setting Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest relations Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus Strong communication skills paired with hospitality experience to create welcoming guest interactions Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
