In this lively role, you'll deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your energy and attention to detail will create memorable moments for our guests, whether they're enjoying a casual meal or celebrating a special occasion. With your culinary knowledge and food industry experience, you'll help maintain our high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hospitality. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, vibrant environment where guest relations and teamwork are at the forefront. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring satisfaction Support food preparation and food safety protocols to uphold health regulations in a fine dining or nightclub setting Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Experience in food handling, sanitation, and basic math for cash handling and transactions Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food preparation techniques Serving or host/hostess experience is beneficial for creating welcoming atmospheres Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Join us to deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back!
