Afternoon Evening Overnight Server Job Description Duties:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
  • Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments using a cash register or POS system
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Uphold health and safety standards by following proper sanitation procedures
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a positive manner
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
