Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, provide menus, and answer questions about menu items and specials Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and ensure customer satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering processes while maintaining proper cash handling procedures Support host/hostess duties when needed, including seating guests efficiently during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service stations to meet sanitation standards Demonstrate proficiency in restaurant technology tools such as POS systems and reservation platforms like OpenTable Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Basic kitchen experience or culinary knowledge is advantageous but not required Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests!
