Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using toast POS system Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items like cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling procedures Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining establishments, highly preferred Weekends & upcoming holidays are a must during busy our season Familiarity with POS systems such as toast POS is advantageous Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash safely Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one prior to start date is preferred Knowledge of sanitation standards and food handling protocols in the food industry Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable moments for every guest.
