Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements and optimize table turnover Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub setting Requirements Proven experience in food service, restaurant environments, or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Demonstrated ability in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable; food industry knowledge is essential Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a vibrant environment Join us to deliver unforgettable experiences through exceptional service!
