As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates will have experience in food service, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work effectively in both fine dining and nightclub settings. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Process cash register transactions accurately, including handling payments and providing change. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment. Requirements Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions effectively. Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and fine dining etiquette is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the establishment. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality are essential for success in this role.
