Job Description
Server The Shore and Country Club | Norwalk, CT Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences? The Shore and Country Club is seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests while enjoying one of the most beautiful waterfront settings in Connecticut. We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions . Candidates should be available to work 2 5-40 hours per week , with the ability to work weekends and holidays during the season . What You'll Do Provide exceptional service to members and guests in all dining outlets. Greet guests warmly and offer menu recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages according to club service standards. Anticipate guest needs and ensure an elevated dining experience. Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas. Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties. Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations. Assist with club events, banquets, and special functions. Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant, hospitality, banquet, or country club experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding hospitality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Why Join The Shore and Country Club?
