Job Description
Full job description At Taftville Pizza, we have an opening for a server/counter helper position. This is a part time position with 30 hours per week. More hours are available, if you choose to work in the back of the house. Some of the duties expected from you: Welcome customers and take their food and drink orders Answer phones and enter orders into POS system (Experience with Toast POS is a plus) Operate POS terminal to process customers' orders, swipe credit cards, and enter cash amounts Provide guests with an excellent dining experience by asking questions about allergies or preferences and initiating conversation for customer confidence Set up and keep all eating and serving areas clean and tidy Work quickly and accurately and be able to handle pressure moments when they come Hand over or close down a clean and safe restaurant service area at the end of shift The pay starts at $13 per hour, plus tips.
