As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that each dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. This is not a summer job. We are looking to hire a year round employee. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system. Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle payments accurately while managing basic math calculations for checks. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings to assist guests effectively. Requirements Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is required. Strong guest service skills with an emphasis on creating a welcoming atmosphere. Basic math skills for handling transactions and checks efficiently. Familiarity with
