Job Description
Expo/Food Runner Carbone's Hospitality

Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Ability to read tickets and organize and tray plated food; directing runners to tables.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivering them to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and efficient food delivery
- Prep bread, garnishes and keep clean workspace
- As expo, you will be leading the runners, communicating with chef and servers to make sure all food goes to the right place and is correct before leaving the kitchen
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
