Your dedication to food safety, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service will contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Deliver prepared dishes from the kitchen to tables efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating and garnishing to support kitchen staff Ensure all food handling and serving procedures adhere to food safety sanitizing protocols and hygiene standards Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and workspaces through regular cleaning and sanitizing Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service flow during busy periods Uphold food safety management practices by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures Assist in setting up banquet or catering events as required, ensuring all food service equipment is used safely and correctly Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures and proper cleaning protocols Ability to handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy trays or boxes safely and efficiently Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Previous banquet or catering experience is desirable Understanding of dietary restrictions and food handling regulations within the hospitality industry Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
