Job Description

Job Summary At Mindset Winery & Lounge, our servers are brand ambassadors. This role goes beyond order-taking — it is about curating an elevated guest experience that reflects our philosophy of quality, hospitality, and attention to detail. Servers are responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining a refined atmosphere, and supporting the overall success of the lounge. Duties Welcome guests and create an outstanding experience from arrival to departure. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve wine, cocktails, beer, and food while maintaining high service standards. Educate guests on our wines, flights, and menu offerings. Make personalized recommendations based on guest preferences. Promote wine club memberships, retail bottle sales, and upcoming events. Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas. Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Experience Preferred candidates will have:
1+ years of serving experience in a restaurant, winery, bar, or hospitality setting (preferred but not required). A passion for providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience using a POS system (Square experience is a plus). Cash handling and payment processing experience. Ability to recommend menu items and confidently upsell food and beverages. Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic. Availability to work Thursday through Sunday and occasional special events. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
