Overview If you're the friend group's social butterfly, the person who most likely gets the aux in the car, or the definition of golden retriever energy, SoLA Karaoke wants to hire YOU. We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Server/Cocktail Waitress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server/Cocktail Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Guests. Duties Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage in skilled selling practices administered by management team. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Stay updated on drink trends, brewing techniques, and fine dining standards to enhance guest experiences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area, including washing glassware and utensils. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for processing transactions. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items when necessary. Assist in catering events by preparing drinks and serving guests as required. Experience Desire to learn advanced selling techniques and growing alongside the business. Proven experience as a Server/Cocktail Waitress is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Familiarity with cash registers, Toast POS systems, and food handling practices Knowledge of brewing techniques and fine dining service is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
