Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and assisting with guest needs Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings to assist guests with selections Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly Assist with basic math calculations for cash handling and cashiering duties Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Toast.
