Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued. With your culinary knowledge and food industry expertise, you'll expertly guide guests through their dining journey, recommend menu items, and provide attentive service that keeps them coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality to set a positive tone for their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated effectively Provide menu recommendations and upsell featured dishes or beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage table settings, clear dishes, buss tables efficiently, and assist with food preparation when necessary Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems; process payments using POS terminals including cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations; assist in food handling and kitchen support as needed Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations and order management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Culinary experience or background in food preparation is highly desirable Effective time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus; familiarity with nightclubs or high-volume venues is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
