Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using a manual system Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experiences and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, process sales using cash register systems, and manage billing with professionalism Assist with food handling, kitchen support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques At least 2 years experience as a diner waiter or waitress Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a professional demeanor Join us in creating memorable dining experiences where energy meets excellence!
