As a Server at Sammy's, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests.Your primary duties will include:
1. Greeting guests warmly and providing them with menus 2. Taking accurate food and beverage orders 3. Recommending menu items and specials 4. Delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately 5. Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns 6. Processing payments and handling cash transactions 7. Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service 8. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area 9. Upholding company standards for hospitality and service excellence 10. Adhering to all health and safety regulationsRequirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 1. Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy 5. Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guests 6. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed 7. Food safety certification is a plusBenefits:
