Duties Deliver prepared food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently and with professionalism Ensure all dishes are presented correctly and meet quality standards before serving Assist with setting up tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Support servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and handling guest requests promptly Maintain food safety standards by handling dishes carefully and following sanitation protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to communicate special requests or dietary needs accurately Assist with basic food preparation tasks and kitchen cleanliness as needed to support smooth operations Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a busy environment Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling when necessary Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Ability to work well within a team, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure Join us as a Food Runner and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
