As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or guest relations preferred
