In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, creating memorable experiences for our guests through excellent service and a welcoming attitude. Whether it's taking orders, serving food and drinks, or ensuring guest satisfaction, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will make all the difference. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently. Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met. Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures. Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders while adhering to food safety regulations. Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and handling sales reports. Experience with food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry.
