Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit. Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently using the Toast POS system. Process sales transactions smoothly while handling cash, credit cards, and other digital payment methods through Toast. Upsell menu items, focusing heavily on our signature dishes and specialty coffees, as well as regular juices, to enhance guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Assist with food handling, preparation support, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Buss tables, clear dishes, and ensure the dining environment remains tidy and inviting. Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation standards diligently. Experience & Requirements Proven experience working in a fast-paced breakfast or brunch environment is required. Prior experience using Toast POS is highly preferred to ensure a smooth transition into our daily operations. Previous food service experience in restaurants or cafesenthusiasm for daytime hospitality is key. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing customer checks efficiently. Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation standards within the food industry. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude in a busy setting. Must have reliable transportation to ensure punctual arrival for morning and daytime shifts.
