Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash transactions, credit card payments, and handle POS systems with precision while maintaining accountability for cash handling Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, including setting up stations or cleaning work areas Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs gracefully Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service to elevate guest experiences Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Become part of our energetic team where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
