Schedule:
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business demands. Schedule variations will be communicated in advance. Position Summary Love creating memorable moments for guests? Join our team aboard our scenic passenger vessel and deliver exceptional food, beverage, and hospitality service with amazing skyline views. What You'll Do Welcome and serve guests with a friendly, professional attitude. Take orders, serve food and beverages, and process payments accurately. Provide menu recommendations and information about onboard entertainment, cruise routes, and points of interest. Help create a fun, celebratory atmosphere for guests. Set up and maintain dining areas and service stations. Maintain clean, safe, and organized guest areas while supporting the team. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous high-volume restaurant or hospitality experience preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive, team-focused attitude. Must meet minimum state age requirements. Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts. The Experience This is not your typical serving job. Enjoy a unique work environment aboard a moving vessel while helping guests celebrate special moments on the water. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, navigating stairs and decks, lifting up to 40 pounds, and completing vessel safety training.
