Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items including cocktails, wine, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage stations Assist with food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, and menu options to guests Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant setting, especially fine dining or hospitality environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales revenue Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of the food industry trends and customer service best practices is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences with energy and professionalism!
