Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and professional Server to join our dynamic team in an upscale dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an enjoyable dining experience, showcasing your knowledge of our food and beverage menus and making recommendations that enhance customer satisfaction. Duties Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Touch Bistro pos system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and wine pairings. Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards. Process payments accurately, handling cash transactions with care. Assist with training new staff members on service standards and restaurant procedures. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Experience with food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices. Proficiency in using POS systems such as
