Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities. Process cash, credit card, and retail sales transactions swiftly while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and register operations. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques. Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace by following proper sanitation and food safety protocols throughout your shift. Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring timely delivery of food and attentive service to all guests. Assist in food safety management by adhering to sanitation standards, proper food handling procedures, and cleanliness practices. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is highly preferred, demonstrating your ability to thrive in high-energy environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus, along with basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Prior culinary or food service experience is beneficial, especially if you have worked in cafes or restaurants with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong time management skills are essential to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
