Civil Process Server

Work Expectations Document Preparation:

Printing and organizing legal documents for service.

Flexible Hours:

Work hours vary and may include early mornings, regular business hours, and evenings.

Due Diligence Protocol:

Process servers are expected to make service attempts during the following time frames: Before 8:00 AM Between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM After 5:00

PM Service of Process:

Civil process servers are responsible for the in-person delivery of court documents.

Affidavit Completion:

After successful or attempted service, servers must accurately complete and submit affidavits of service.

Requirements:

Access to a printer and scanner A reliable personal vehicle to perform job duties We are committed to professionalism and thoroughness in every task we undertake, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service every step of the way. This is a 1099 Contractor position, pay is per job not hourly.
