Job Summary Libby's Restaurant is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Restaurant Support Worker to assist with daily restaurant operations and help provide a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests. This role supports food and beverage service, front-of-house operations, restocking, cleaning, and teamwork across the restaurant. Responsibilities Assist with welcoming guests and providing courteous customer service. Support front-of-house team members with daily restaurant operations. Assist with preparing, serving, and delivering food and beverages. Help ensure customer orders are accurate and delivered promptly. Assist with clearing and resetting tables throughout service. Maintain clean and organized dining areas, counters, service stations, and workspaces. Restock utensils, napkins, beverages, food items, packaging, and other restaurant supplies. Assist with basic food preparation and service tasks as directed. Support kitchen and front-of-house teams during busy service periods. Help answer routine customer questions and direct concerns to the appropriate team member. Follow food handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures. Handle restaurant equipment, supplies, and food items carefully and safely. Communicate inventory, supply, or service needs to supervisors. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant maintenance duties. Help keep workstations organized and ready for service. Work cooperatively with coworkers to maintain efficient daily operations. Perform other restaurant support and customer service duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and established restaurant procedures. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good attention to detail and organization. Willingness to learn food service and restaurant operations. Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety practices.
