Job Overview The Server is responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and professional table service while creating a positive dining experience for every guest. This position takes orders, delivers food and beverages accurately, monitors guest needs, and works closely with the BOH and FOH teams to ensure efficient service. Primary Responsibilities Greet guests and provide a welcoming dining experience. Explain menu items, specials, and available beverages. Accurately take food and beverage orders. Enter orders correctly into the POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately. Monitor tables throughout the meal and respond to guest needs. Communicate special requests, allergies, and concerns to the kitchen and management. Maintain clean and organized tables throughout service. Process guest checks and payments accurately. Thank guests and provide a professional farewell. Assist with side work, opening, and closing duties. Support other team members when needed.
