With an intimate 50-seat dining room and an 8-seat bar, EZME is designed to deliver a refined yet energetic dining experience centered around bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and genuine hospitality. We are building a passionate opening team that thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

Position:

Server We are seeking professional, hospitality-driven Servers to join the opening team at EZME. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food, beverage, and guest experience, and who thrive in a team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to every guest Guide guests through a coastal Mediterranean-inspired menu and beverage program Work closely with support staff, bartenders, and the kitchen to ensure seamless service Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room environment

What We're Looking For:

Prior serving experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment preferred Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude Ability to stay composed and detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting A genuine passion for hospitality
