Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and credit transactions accurately, including handling tips and processing sales transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food handling, preparation support, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed Provide knowledgeable wine, cocktail, and beverage recommendations to guests Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Support host/hostess duties when needed, including seating arrangements and managing reservations Experience Prior food service experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, especially in fine dining environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Experience with cocktail mixing, spirits, wine knowledge, and beverage service is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in hospitality or the food industry will help you excel in this role Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
