Employee discounts Flexible schedule Free food & snacks Free uniforms Health insurance Training & development Job Summary We are hiring front-of-house Support. This is the engine room of the dining room — running food, clearing and resetting tables, and expediting from the kitchen window. You will rotate between these functions depending on the shift and the volume. If you move fast, notice what needs to be done before you are asked, and want a path into a server position, this is the right place to start. What You'll Do Run food from the kitchen to the table quickly and accurately, using correct seat positions and delivering while the plate is still hot.
Expedite at the pass:
check every plate against the ticket for accuracy, presentation, modifications, and allergy requests before it leaves the kitchen. Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to keep table turns moving during peak service. Maintain drink refills, deliver bread, silverware, and pre-bussed items, and anticipate guest needs before being asked. Communicate constantly with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff about table status, timing, and special requests. Keep service stations, bus tubs, glassware, and silverware stocked and organized throughout the shift. Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, and service areas. Assist with opening, mid-shift, and closing side work, including polishing glassware and silverware and setting up stations. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Greet and acknowledge every guest you pass — you are part of the guest experience, not just support. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency — this is a fast-paced, high-volume dining room. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly under pressure. Willingness to learn the menu, including ingredients and allergens, so you can answer basic guest questions and support the kitchen at expo. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Able to stand and walk for extended shifts, carry trays, and lift up to 50 lbs. Basic English required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right person. Must be at least 18 years of age. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips Shift meal Consistent schedule and full-time or part-time availability Real opportunity to move up — many of our servers and bartenders started in this role
