Lead Server The enthusiastic team player we seek will be responsible for training newly hired servers and will lead servers in daily tasks including table assignments and bussing stations, etc. This position performs all functions of a server and may act as food runner when assigned and assist with oversight of staff as needed. Qualified applicants are required to possess previous restaurant and/or customer service experience with ability to follow simple instructions, and compose short correspondence and memos. Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings to residents and staff and have the ability to use Point of Sale (POS) system. High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Possess or be willing and able to obtain Food Handlers certification, as required.
