Job Overview China Grill is seeking a dedicated and efficient Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The Food Runner plays a vital role in ensuring our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires a friendly, attentive individual who can work seamlessly within a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner. Ensure that all dishes are presented correctly and meet quality standards before serving. Assist servers by refilling water, clearing plates, and attending to guest needs as directed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service station and dining area. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate order delivery. Support the overall flow of service during busy hours to enhance guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience as a Food Runner or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry food trays as needed.
