Candidates must have:

3-5 years experience providing exceptional, attentive service in fine dining establishments. Maintain a high level of hospitality - curate a memorable experience by anticipating guest needs and executing synchronized service steps. Demonstrate knowledge of and passion for Fine Wine & Spirits, including bottle presentation and pairing recommendations. Knowledgeable in fine dining cuisine to make confident recommendations and ensure all orders in and out of the kitchen are accurate and timely through memorizing complex menus, ingredient lists, preparation methods and allergens. A polished, professional appearance with a sense of responsibility and ownership of the position to succeed. The ability to communicate with the utmost respect and professionalism to go above and beyond to accommodate guests while attaining an authentic experience. Execute formal dining service such as clearing plates between courses and performing side work from polishing cutlery and glassware to refilling supplies.
