Strike 10 Bowling is Boca Raton's premier upscale bowling lounge, located in the heart of Mizner Park . We combine boutique bowling, chef-inspired food, handcrafted cocktails, and exceptional guest service to create an unforgettable experience. We're looking for friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Hookah Attendants to join our growing team! What You'll Do Prepare and set up hookahs according to company standards Deliver and serve hookahs to guests in a timely and professional manner Check on guests throughout their experience and provide refills/coal changes as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe hookah service area Provide friendly and attentive customer service Take hookah orders and communicate orders accurately with the team Follow all company procedures regarding hookah service, age verification, and safety Assist with cleaning and maintaining hookah equipment Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests Qualifications Previous hookah/lounge, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience Hookah preparation and serving experience Must be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, nightlife/entertainment environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be able to follow all applicable age-verification and tobacco-service requirements Our venue features music, nightlife, private events, and an energetic crowd, making it the perfect fit for someone who enjoys a lively hospitality environment. Must have flexible availability and the availability to work days, nights and weekends as needed. Must be comfortable working in a lively, high-energy entertainment venue.
