Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment. Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and providing exceptional customer service. Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with host/hostess duties when needed. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs. Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus. Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities. Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous for understanding food preparation and presentation. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate order processing. Experience with food industry tools such as serving trays, bus stations, and guest relations techniques is preferred.
