Manage multiple tables with excellent time management skills, ensuring prompt service while maintaining attention to detail. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately; process payments swiftly while providing clear receipts. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Assist with food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow. Foster guest relations through attentive service, addressing special requests or concerns promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience. Support overall restaurant operations by collaborating with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and sanitation. Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing and sales management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques is desirable.
