Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, providing menus. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred, particularly in Steakhouse's or Latin Food dining environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic math skills for processing payments. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the business needs. Bilingual preferred. A passion for hospitality and a desire to create memorable experiences for guests is highly valued.
