Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve food, beverages, cocktails, spirits, and wine with professionalism and enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance guest experiences Process cash transactions and credit card payments accurately while handling cash safely and securely Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service Manage reservations and seating using OpenTable or similar reservation systems to optimize guest flow and satisfaction Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining settings Proven skills in serving, beverage service, cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, and spirits experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours efficiently Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales while enhancing guest satisfaction Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment!
